About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ML/AI Developer to join our growing team in India. This role involves developing machine learning and deep learning models, building conversational AI applications, and deploying solutions using cloud-native tools.

Work Location : Hyderabad (hi-tech City).

Shift Timings :EST Time Zone

Experience : Min 5+yrs

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML/AI models using CNN, RNN, Seq2Seq, and LLMs.
• Develop and fine-tune NLP-driven solutions and integrate them into chatbot platforms.
• Build chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs.
• Preprocess and engineer datasets using Python for training and evaluation.
• Deploy AI models and services using AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and DevOps teams.
• Explore and apply RLHF, prompt engineering, and newer AI optimization strategies.

Follow Agile development methodology and participate in sprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in ML Engineering (preferred) or Data Science.
• 56 years of experience in ML/AI engineering or data science roles.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms like KNN, SVM, Naive Bayes.
• Proven work with NLP, CNNs, LLMs, and deep learning architectures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
• Prior experience integrating chatbots or conversational AI in production.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of model versioning, monitoring, or MLOps practices.
• Bonus: Open-source contributions or AI research experience.
