Job Summary

TheAI Marketing Strategist/Marketing Managerwill own and execute high-impact, AI-accelerated marketing campaigns that position CYFIRMA as the go-to authority in preemptive cybersecurity. You will be highly self-sufficient, leveraging cutting-edgeAI toolsacross the entire content-to-activation workflow from ideation and multi-format content creation to campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

This role demands someone who can operate with minimal oversight, rapidly produce compelling assets (including infographics, animations, videos, blogs, whitepapers, and social content), and run full-funnel social media and digital campaigns that resonate with CISOs, security leaders, and technical buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimizeAI-enhanced marketing campaignsacross channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, industry forums, email, webinars, paid media) to generate MQLs, pipeline, and brand awareness in the B2B cybersecurity market.
• Act as aone-person content powerhouse: independently ideate, research, write, and produce high-quality marketing collateral using AI tools including long-form thought leadership, blog posts, case studies, ebooks, webinars scripts, and press releases.
• Create visually compelling assets using AI-powered platforms:
• Infographics and data visualizations highlighting CYFIRMA threat intelligence insights
• Short-form and long-form animations / motion graphics explaining complex ETLM concepts
• AI-generated or AI-enhanced videos for social media and YouTube
• Manage and executeend-to-end social media campaignson LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms:
• Daily posting, community engagement, influencer outreach, paid amplification
• Real-time monitoring, A/B testing, and optimization using AI analytics tools
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., large language models, image/video generators, automation platforms, predictive analytics) to accelerate production, personalize messaging at scale, predict campaign performance, and automate routine tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and research teams to translate CYFIRMAs technical threat intelligence (reports, telemetry, adversary insights) into accessible, high-impact marketing narratives.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign ROI using dashboards (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, AI-enhanced attribution tools); continuously iterate based on data.
• Stay ahead of AI marketing trends, experiment with new tools, and recommend platform/process improvements to maintain a competitive edge.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally incybersecurity, SaaS, or high-tech sectors.
• Provenexpert-level proficiencyin usinggenerative AI toolsfor marketing (mandatory):
• Text: ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / Grok / Perplexity or equivalents for copywriting & research
• Images & infographics: Midjourney / DALLE / Stable Diffusion / Leonardo / Canva AI / Adobe Firefly
• Video & animation: Runway ML / Pika Labs / Synthesia / Kling AI / Luma Dream Machine / CapCut AI or similar
• Automation & workflows: Zapier + AI, Make.com, n8n, or custom AI agents
• Demonstrated ability tosingle-handedly create and launch complete campaigns from concept to multi-channel execution with strong portfolio examples of AI-generated/accelerated content (infographics, animations, social series, full campaigns).
• Hands-on experience runningLinkedIn and X/Twitter campaignsin B2B tech (organic growth + paid ads), including audience targeting, ABM tactics, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity buyer personas (CISOs, threat intel teams, security architects) and how to communicate complex technical topics simply and compellingly.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and fast-moving comfortable working with high autonomy in a fast-paced startup-like environment inside an established scale-up.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and AI insights to drive decisions.
• Outstanding written and visual storytelling skills in English; additional APAC language skills a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience marketing cybersecurity,threat intelligence,cyber risk management, orETLM/SaaS securitysolutions.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Prior work with cybersecurity content (reports, webinars, threat briefings).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content syndication in tech.
