MSBC Group is seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions that enhance software engineering productivity. This role focuses on building scalable, production-ready AI systems used across development, QA, and DevOps functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents to automate software engineering and operational workflows
• Analyze existing engineering processes to identify and implement automation opportunities
• Build ML- and LLM-based solutions for task planning, reasoning, and decision support
• Integrate AI capabilities into developer tools and internal platforms
• Deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize AI systems in production environments
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML or applied machine learning
• Strong proficiency in Python with solid software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI agent architectures
• Proven experience delivering production-grade ML or automation systems
• Understanding of workflow automation and task-oriented system design

Preferred Skills:

• Experience automating software development or IT operations workflows
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
• Background in DevOps, QA automation, or internal developer tooling
