Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month (in-hand) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are building a fully automated AI-driven lead generation system for high-ticket industries.

We are looking for a highly analytical, AI-savvy performance marketer who can manage end-to-end paid ads, automation workflows, CRM integrations, AI tools, and lead qualification systems.

This role combines:

Performance Marketing + AI Automation + CRM Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Run and scale Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
• Manage budget allocation and daily campaign optimization
• Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Qualified Lead
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Monitor conversion tracking and campaign performance metrics

AI & Automation Integration

• Manage CRM workflows
• Integrate and optimize OpenAI chatbot logic
• Set up and manage AI Voice Calling systems
• Manage telephony integration
• Automate WhatsApp communication
• Create webhook/API-based integrations using automation tools

Lead Qualification & Booking Management

• Design and manage AI-based lead scoring logic
• Ensure only high-intent leads move to the sales team
• Automate meeting bookings (calendar integrations)
• Monitor full lead lifecycle from enquiry to qualified stage
• Generate weekly performance reports and optimization insights

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Proven track record of reducing CPL in high-ticket industries
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels & analytics
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks & automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in Hindi & English communication

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with OpenAI / Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Telephony, WhatsApp API, Voice AI tools
• Familiarity with funnel building & landing page optimization
• Knowledge of automation tools (Pabbly, Zapier, etc.)

Performance Expectation

• Minimum 25 Qualified Leads per month required to activate the incentive
• Qualification Ratio must be 1520% (Qualified Leads Total Raw Leads Generated)
• Maintain optimized ad performance and scalable automation systems
• Continuously improve cost efficiency and lead qualification quality
