About the Role

If you're a designer or animator whos obsessed with pushing the boundaries of AI to create stunning visuals and videos, this is your playground. As an AI Prompt Designer, youll write detailed prompts that direct AI tools like Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Pika, and others to produce compelling photo and video content. Youll be part creator, part technologist, and part visual storyteller.

What Youll Do

* Craft detailed, visually rich prompts for AI tools to generate photo-realistic images, cinematic videos, and stylized visual content.

* Translate creative briefs into AI-friendly inputs while retaining emotional and brand resonance.

* Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and content leads to bring ideas to life using generative tools.

* Constantly test, refine, and experiment with various platforms to improve visual outputs.

* Build a structured prompt + output library for future use and optimization.

What You Bring

* 25 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or motion design.

* A strong eye for aesthetics composition, color, typography, lighting, and movement.

* Working knowledge of AI content tools (like Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Sora, etc.).

* Excellent command of language you know how to describe visuals in a way that machines (and humans) understand.

* A passion for experimentation and emerging creative technologies.

* A portfolio that shows a mix of design work and AI-generated visuals/videos.

Must Haves

* Basic editing in Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.

* Experience in creating Travel, fashion, lifestyle, or digital-first brand content.

* Comfort working in fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds.
