The Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong AI-assisted design skills who can translate concepts into standout visuals across social media, websites, product explainers, and marketing campaigns. You will create compelling visual stories using a mix of traditional design tools + AI-powered workflows, helping us move faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives, thumbnail designs, ad banners, and templates for reels, stories, and videos.
• Create digital marketing collateral including landing pages, campaign graphics, and email layouts.
• Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALLE, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up ideation, mood boards, assets, and variations.
• Build quick mockups, wireframes, and design prototypes for product and marketing needs.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring brand storytelling to life.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all design outputs.
• Stay updated on US real estate design trends, visual storytelling patterns, and emerging AI workflows.
• Produce design assets for presentations, pitch decks, and occasional event branding.

Preferred Skills:

• Must have experience creating Gen AI content with software such as Higgsfield
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX, wireframes, and collaborative prototyping.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or InDesign for marketing and social design.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and animation workflows (preferred)
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility guidelines.

AI Skill Requirements (Good to Have)

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to generate visual concepts, backgrounds, scenes, and assets using AI tools.
• Ability to refine AI-generated images professionally using Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Understanding how to prompt AI tools for specific creative needs (character consistency, style, branding, etc.).
• Ability to create multiple variations quickly using AI for faster execution.

What We are Looking For:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in graphic design; experience working with international clients preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, or product marketing is a strong plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, social, brand, and AI-assisted design projects.
• Ability to work fast, think visually, and turn briefs into polished assets quickly.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Ability to independently manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.
