AI & Generative AI Specialist – RCM

The AI & Generative AI Specialist RCM is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. The specialist will be responsible for leveraging AI and generative AI technologies to optimize revenue cycle management processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing large datasets to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, developing AI-powered solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to implement workflow enhancements, and staying current on industry advancements. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI tools, Machine Learning, and data analysis
• Expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare workflows, and process optimization
• Strong programming skills, including Python, R, or related programming languages
• Experience in working with large datasets, data modeling, and predictive analytics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to work on-site and willingness to adapt to dynamic environments
• Innovative problem-solving skills with a focus on process automation in the healthcare or RCM domain
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or related fields
• Knowledge of RCM-related software and tools is a plus
