Pepper is building an AI-powered content and SEO growth platform, serving 2,500+ global brands with 150,000+ content creators. We're not just using AIwe're embedding it into everything we do. And we need builders to make that happen.

The Role

We need AI tinkerers who ship.

You'll embed directly with teams across PepperSales, Marketing, Content, Ops, Productand do one thing: find friction, build micro apps, automate the boring stuff.

No 6-month roadmaps. No endless PRDs. You see a problem Monday, you ship a working prototype by Wednesday.

You'll report directly into the founder and functional leaders. Full access to data, systems, and context. Zero bureaucracy. Maximum velocity.

What You'll Do

• Sit with every team. Understand their workflows, pain points, and where they waste time.
• Spot automation opportunities. If a human is doing something repetitive, your job is to make an AI do it.
• Build micro apps fast. Internal tools, automations, LLM-powered workflows, dashboardswhatever solves the problem.
• Ship working prototypes. Not decks. Not wireframes. Working products.
• Iterate relentlessly. Deploy, get feedback, improve, redeploy. Speed > perfection.

Who This Is For

• You've built something real with LLMsnot just played with ChatGPT, but actually shipped a tool, bot, app, or workflow that works
• You're obsessed with AI and spend your weekends trying new models, frameworks, and tools
• You think in use-casesyou see inefficiency and immediately imagine the solution
• You're technical enough to build, but business-minded enough to know what's worth building
• You have high hustle, low egoyou'll sit with a sales rep at 9 AM and debug code at 9 PM
• You want hands-on experience in a fast-scaling startup, not a rotational "AI program" at a big company

What You Bring

• 03 years experienceor even fresher if you've built legit stuff on your own
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, Python, no-code/low-code tools
• A portfolio of things you've shippedside projects, hacks, tools, bots, automations. Show us.
• Ability to learn fast, context-switch faster, and ship fastest
• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate. This is in-office, Andheri East. Non-negotiable.
