As an AI Generalist , youll be at the core of our AI transformation designing, integrating, and deploying intelligent systems that make advisory smarter, faster, and more personal.

Role Overview

Were looking for a hands-on AI Generalist who can bridge strategy, engineering, and experimentation. Youll work on AI use cases across the business building prototypes, fine-tuning models, integrating APIs, and delivering automation using both code and no-code tools.

You must understand how to turn an abstract business problem into a functioning AI workflow , not just how to run a model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, and similar frameworks.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, chatbots, and recommendation systems across our investment and advisory platforms.
• Integrate AI APIs (LLMs, NLP, ML models) into production environments with Python, Node.js, or REST APIs.
• Fine-tune small to mid-size models (e.g., for sentiment analysis, recommendation, or portfolio classification).
• Design and optimize prompts for various advisory and reporting tasks.
• Work with data teams to clean and prepare datasets for training or evaluation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to embed AI into customer journeys, dashboards, and decision support tools.
• Continuously evaluate and benchmark AI model performance and accuracy.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques relevant to fintech and investment automation.
• Ensure AI governance , explainability, and compliance alignment (especially for financial advice).

Required Skills

Technical Core:

• Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, FastAPI).
• Familiar with LLM frameworks OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals classification, clustering, regression, vector databases.
• Experience building AI automations using APIs, no-code tools (Make, Zapier), or SDKs.
• Working knowledge of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI deployment.
• Comfortable using embedding models and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).

Applied AI Skills:

• Hands-on experience designing prompt chains and evaluating LLM responses.
• Ability to build quick prototypes (Streamlit / Gradio apps).
• Experience using generative models for summarization, Q&A, and personalization.
• Familiar with data preprocessing , feature extraction, and lightweight model tuning.

Soft/Strategic Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
• Capable of taking ownership from idea working demo production.
• Excellent communication can translate tech into business impact.
• Curiosity-driven always exploring new AI capabilities and trends.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in fintech / financial markets / advisory automation .
• Familiarity with risk scoring, portfolio analytics, sentiment analysis .
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and vector search.
• Prior experience integrating LLMs into chatbots, dashboards, or CRM tools .
• Basic understanding of data privacy, model security, and compliance frameworks .

Education

• B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Certifications in AI/ML or LLM development preferred (but not mandatory)
