Proven experience as an AI/ML developer, with a focus on natural language processing and machine learning. Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with Azure AI services, particularly Azure OpenAI or Copilot Studio. Strong understanding of NLP techniques and generative AI models. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with support operations or customer service processes is an advantage
