• Technical Skills
• (Learn and Apply) Joule development and AI agent builds
• (Learn and Apply) Copilot development and analysis
• Data Engineering: Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, database design, ETL tools, and data pipeline optimisation
• Familiarity with AI concepts and automation tools; experience supporting PoVs/PoCs

• Support AI / Data Strategy analysis
• JIRA for agile tracking and transparency
• Proactive, professional, and motivated approach
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse teams

• Data timing sheets and documentation updates

• Managing Jira/SCRUM activities for transparency and progress tracking
