AI Engineering Lead – BI & GenAI Automation ( 8 - 14 Years)

YOUR IMPACT

As the AI Lead, you'll architect AI-powered BI systems integrating Snowflake, Tableau, and natural language interfaces. You’ll transform ETL workflows with ML automation and build multi-agent AI systems to supervise KPIs, generate dashboards, and drive insights in real time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven expertise in building AI apps (LLMs, RAG, NLP, Deep Learning).
• Sophisticated Python, SQL (Snowflake), and Tableau dashboarding.
• Experience with ML pipelines, GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Ability to lead workshops, PoCs, and mentor teams.
• Close collaboration with AI/engineering/product teams.
• Continuous learning mindset with industry awareness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI, or related field.
• 10+ years in BI/Analytics; 3+ in AI/ML roles.
• Expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llamas), RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Strong MLOps skills: model deployment, lifecycle management.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams and innovation delivery.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with multi-agent AI in BI, Snowflake Cortex, and MLOps tools like Kubeflow.
• Proven track record integrating AI with enterprise BI platforms for business impact.
