Job Description
What youll work on:
Designing & deploying agentic workflows (Semantic Kernel / LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI)
Building tool-calling flows, RAG pipelines, and hybrid search
Deploying AI agents on cloud (containers, identity, monitoring)
Implementing observability, evaluation, security & guardrails
What were looking for:
45 years GenAI app dev experience
Strong Python (asyncio, typing, pytest, CI/CD)
Hands-on with an Agentic AI framework
Experience with vector stores & retrieval systems
Cloud deployment + monitoring + security fundamentals
Bonus skills:
Multi-agent patterns, Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch/Pinecone, DevOps (Docker/K8s), frontend integration for agent UIs.
