45 years GenAI app dev experience

Strong Python (asyncio, typing, pytest, CI/CD)

Hands-on with an Agentic AI framework

Experience with vector stores & retrieval systems

Cloud deployment + monitoring + security fundamentals

Bonus skills:

Multi-agent patterns, Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch/Pinecone, DevOps (Docker/K8s), frontend integration for agent UIs.
