GravityONE is a consulting and technology organization that sits at the intersection of strategy, design and engineering. We work with enterprises and government institutions across India, GCC, Australia and Europe, helping them adopt AI to transform how decisions are made and how work runs.

Our teams do not build one-off models or exploratory prototypes. We build systems that reason, automate, evaluate risk, measure impact and connect with real business workflows. You will work with consultants, data engineers, designers and solution architects who think in systems and outcomes, not just code.

You will contribute to AI initiatives such as:

Natural language to SQL systems that let users ask questions instead of writing queries

Models that generate organizational benefits, KPIs and strategy frameworks from data

Risk evaluation engines that understand past behavior to predict future decisions

Automation agents that trigger reports, reminders and alerts without human intervention

GenAI applications with grounding, validation and safety layers to ensure accuracy

The work is hands-on, engineering-centric and impact-driven.

Build, fine-tune and deploy machine learning and LLM-based models

Work with retrieval systems, vector embeddings and RAG architectures

Construct data pipelines, model evaluation frameworks and testing workflows

Deploy models for cloud or on-prem environments based on requirement

Translate abstract business needs into technical workflows and working systems

Collaborate with consultants, designers and engineers to deliver solutions end-to-end

5 - 7 years of experience working in AI or ML engineering

Strong hands-on skills in Python and frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch

Experience in building or deploying LLM and generative AI applications

Understanding of vector databases, embedding search and retrieval systems

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or SageMaker is a plus
