Think intelligent automation that handles real business tasksfrom customer support to hiring to learning and development to calls to document processing to complex decision-making. We also partner with early-stage startups as a venture builder, helping them ship AI-native products from 0 to 1.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Engineer to join our AI development team. You can work from Bengaluru or Mumbai. We're a strong team of motivated self-learners constantly working to improve our capabilities. This role is focused on building and deploying production-grade AI agents and workflows. You'll work on architecting AI solutions, implementing agent systems, optimizing model performance, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI systems. The right candidate will write clean code, optimize for accuracy and latency, and help create AI solutions that drive real business impact.

Must Haves

• 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with strong AI focus
• Hands-on experience building AI systems with LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Gemma, Llama, Mistral, Deepseek, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Experience with agent frameworks and prompt engineering (LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, or similar)
• Understanding of RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval patterns
• Familiarity with deploying AI applications in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into working solutions
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and stay updated with rapidly evolving AI technologies
• Comfortable shipping fast while maintaining quality in dynamic environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience training or finetuning models (BERT, DistilBERT, mDeBERTa, Gemma, Llama)
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems and tool/function calling architectures
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Langfuse, Grafana, or similar
• Understanding of cost optimization and latency reduction techniques for LLM applications
• Experience in BFSI, healthcare, or enterprise domains
• Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
• Experience with model deployment and serving infrastructure
