AI Engineer

We are looking for AI Engineers with 12 years of hands-on experience who are passionate about building, training, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in machine learning, data handling, and Python programming, with exposure to real-world AI use cases.

This role is suitable for candidates who have moved beyond academic projects and have practical implementation experience in AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models
• Work with structured and unstructured data for AI use cases
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Implement and fine-tune ML algorithms such as regression, classification, and clustering
• Support model deployment and integration into applications
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams
• Analyze model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency
• Document models, experiments, and results

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
• Supervised & unsupervised learning
• Model evaluation techniques
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as:
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow / PyTorch (basic to intermediate)
• Experience in data preprocessing & exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Knowledge of statistics and linear algebra basics
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to Deep Learning concepts (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers basic level)
• Experience with NLP or Computer Vision use cases
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI tools
• Basic understanding of model deployment (APIs, Docker, cloud services)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Education
