What Youll Do

Design and build production conversational AI systemsusing both LLM APIs and our own fine-tuned models

Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploycustom LLMs tailored for voice interaction on our in-house GPU cluster

Architect and optimize RAG pipelines from data chunking and embeddings to retrieval and reasoning

Develop low-latency inference systemsoptimized for real-time voice interaction

Create robust evaluation frameworksfor measuring conversation quality, relevance, and system reliability

Build toward next-generation interaction paradigms working on pioneering AI interfaces

Who You Are

BTech/BE in Computer Science, AI, or related field (required)

Understanding of fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) and RAG architectures not just prompting, but building

Background in AI/ML coursework, projects, or hands-on experience with modern AI tools

Freshers are welcome if youve built AI projects, know Python, and understand ML fundamentals

Passion for real-time systems and human-computer interaction

Bonus:Experience with voice platforms (Alexa, Google Assistant) or conversational AI projects
