We are seeking AI Developers to join the AILabteam in a GCC based in Pune

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and software development, with a strongtrack recordin building production-grade AI-powered applications. You will own end-to-end delivery of AI features, from data ingestion and model integration to frontend delivery and observability. In this role, you will work under the responsibility of the Head of AI Lab. This position is English-only and requires deepexpertisewith Azure OpenAI service, and modern frontend development using Next.js. You will collaborate in a fast-moving, cloud-first, DevOps-focused environment, using GitHub, Jira, and related tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features and services using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AzureAISearch, embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP (Model-Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) workflows.
• Buildend-to-end solutions that combine data ingestion, model inference, retrieval, and conversational UX.
• Develop robust backend services with .NET/C#, Python, build high-performance APIs and scalable data pipelines.
• Build andmaintainuser-facing frontend applications with Next.js (React-based), ensuring a polished, accessible, and responsive experience.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise systems and data sources; work with APIs, data lakes(Palantir), andstoragesin Azure.
• Implement andmaintainCI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Apply DevOps practices to ensure reliability, observability, security, and governanceoAzureAI Foundry technologies,f AI apps (logging, metrics, tracing, AI transparency).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, security, UXdesigners, operations, enterprise architects, ) to deliver business value and improve end-user experiences.
• Promote a cloud-first strategy and AI governance within the organization; ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate progress, risks, and architectural decisions to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strongproficiencyin AI-enabled software development and deployment on Microsoft Azure.
• Deep experience with Azure AI Foundry components and workflows (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Embeddings, MCP, A2A, vector databases, etc.).
• Expertisein building production-grade AI apps: model integration, prompt design, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, and monitoring.
• Proficiencyin C#, Python, and TypeScript with modern web development.
• Frontendexpertisewith Next.js (React); strong eye for UX, performance, and accessibility.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, including OpenAI API usage, prompt engineering, and multi-model orchestration; MCP and A2A capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of Azureecosystem(Azure Functions, App Service, Storage, Identity, Networking) and MS 365ecosystem.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud-native security practices.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with global teams.
• Comfortable working in an agile, DevOps-oriented environment with a bias for action.
