AI Engineer (Founding team)

Prior experience in a startup is a must.

You:

• Have 1+ years building AI agents.
• Are full-stack engineer and fast expert in Python, TypeScript/JS, React, and GCP/AWS.
• Know vector DBs (e.g. MongoDB / Pinecone) and context engineering.
• Think like an owner, not an employee proactive, optimistic, relentlessly curious.
• Ship production-ready code daily.
• Communicate clearly, make fast decisions, and care deeply about product and users.
• Take a balanced approach to AI coding: know when to let models vibe code and when not to you understand and can audit all generated code.

What youll work on (high-level)

• LLM-driven agents & multi-agent orchestration for product and code workflows
• Program reasoning, RAG, vector search, and model pipelines in production
• Rapid iteration from prototype product market

Compensation:

• Base salary + performance-based ESOPs
• Suitable for builders who want ownership and early-stage upside rather than market-rate packages.
