Were excited to onboard an AI Education Engineer to join our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities

1) Curriculum Development

• Prepare engaging tutoring material as per our pedagogy.

2) Project Co-Building with Students

• Mentor students in developing AI projects across domains.
• Guide them through ideation, prototyping, and implementation stages.

3) Live Teaching & Mentorship

• Deliver interactive live sessions and maintain high levels of engagement.
• Provide 1:1 mentoring and feedback to students on their projects.

4) Workshops & Outreach

• Organise and conduct AI workshops for schools, student communities, and Teen Theory events.
• Represent Teen Theory at relevant forums, seminars, and student showcases.

5) Feedback-Driven Excellence

• Actively seek, receive, and implement feedback on tutoring sessions, curriculum, and student experience.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement by iterating on teaching style, clarity, pacing, and project guidance based on feedback from students and internal reviews.

Who We're Looking For

• Most importantly People who are excited to build the highest quality AI education infrastructure in India with us.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in a technical role (AI Engineer/ML Engineer/SDE/SWE/Technical PM, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge of AI & ML.
• Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LLM APIs, building RAG models, AI agents, etc.
• Track record of building AI projects for personal use.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for teenagers and beginners.
• Creative mindset for building projects and workshops that connect with school students.
• High agency to drive best-in-industry student outcomes
• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, public speaking, communication, or curriculum design is a nice-to-have.

Compensation : 5.5 - 8.5 LPA
