Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer (Data Science) with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. This role focuses on building end-to-end AI solutions using modern Python frameworks and collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML and GenAI solutions using Python for real-world business applications.
• Build and optimize LLM-based systems, including tokenization, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines, including:
• Vector databases
• Embeddings
• Similarity search
• Knowledge graph integration
• Implement agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Apply strong fundamentals of data structures and algorithms (hash tables, trees, graphs, heaps).
• Collaborate effectively in Agile environments with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Ensure high-quality, testable, and scalable Python code (async programming, type hints, unit testing).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Python development experience (async, typing, testing).
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Proven expertise in:
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• NLP
• Generative AI
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• RAG architectures
• Hands-on experience building production-grade RAG systems.
• Practical experience with LangChain or LangGraph for agent-based workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Integration with Java microservices using gRPC / REST.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for production deployments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of container security best practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) is a plus.
