Job Description: AI Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist to design, develop, and operationalize AI/ML solutions across enterprise environments. The role requires strong programming expertise, handson experience with modern AI methodologies (LLMs, RAG, finetuning), and the ability to build scalable MLOps workflows for model deployment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data, cloud, and engineering teams to build intelligent, productionready AI systems supporting business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Engineer advanced prompts and workflows for Large Language Models (LLMs) to support enterprise use cases.
• Finetune and customize LLMs for domainspecific tasks, ensuring accuracy and performance improvements.
• Architect and implement MLOps pipelines for training, versioning, monitoring, and deploying AI models in production.
• Design and integrate RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and hybrid search.
• Develop endtoend ML/DL solutions for classification, prediction, NLP, and generative AI tasks.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure efficient data pipelines and model lifecycle management.
• Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and governance across AI workloads.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, with experience using AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
• Handson expertise in Prompt Engineering and LLM workflow optimization.
• Practical experience in LLM finetuning, parameterefficient training (LoRA, PEFT), and model evaluation.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, and model deployment frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML).
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines, vector stores (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone), and embedding models.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with cloudbased AI services and containerized deployments (Docker, K8s).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, feature engineering, and dataset preparation.

NicetoHave

• Experience with agentbased AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
• Knowledge of distributed training, GPU optimization, and model parallelism.
• Exposure to monitoring, observability, and drift detection in AI systems.
• Understanding of responsible AI, model ethics, bias evaluation, and governance.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud, or data engineering.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

TCS Eligibility Criteria: *BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post
