AI Developer Internship

Workfall is looking for an AI Intern who is passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to gain hands-on, real-world experience.

The AI Intern will work on Generative AI use cases, including multi-agent architectures, RAG-based systems, and AI-driven automation. This role offers hands-on exposure to designing and experimenting with intelligent agents and real-world AI workflows.

Location: Bangalore

Work mode: On-site

Duration: 2 months (Unpaid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and experiment with Generative AI solutions using LLMs
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop and test multi-agent systems and agent interactions
• Work on agent orchestration, workflows, and coordination logic
• Integrate AI models with internal tools, APIs, or data sources
• Evaluate model responses, optimize prompts, and improve agent behavior
• Document system design, experiments, and learnings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience or familiarity with:
• RAG architectures
• Prompt engineering
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Tools & Technologies (Exposure to Any Is a Plus)

• LangGraph for agent workflows
• Strands or similar agent frameworks
• A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols
• LLM frameworks such as LangChain
• OpenAI / open-source LLMs
• REST APIs and JSON-based integrations

Good to Have

• Experience building AI agents or copilots
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment workflows
• Prior hands-on projects in Generative AI or agent-based systems
