Role Overview:

• The AI Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions across multiple SSL business groups.
• This role serves as the execution anchor between AI Practice teams that build platforms, models, and agents, and business stakeholders who drive adoption and outcomes.
• The emphasis is on disciplined delivery, stakeholder confidence, and predictable execution in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• The AI Delivery Manager will: Lead delivery of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions from initiation through production rollout across multiple SSL business groups
• Partner with AI Practice teams to implement and scale centrally developed AI solutions
• Own project planning, execution tracking, risk management, and delivery governance across parallel AI initiatives
• Act as the primary interface for business, technology, security, and operations stakeholders
• Drive alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics Present AI capabilities, delivery progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and business stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, platform, DevOps, and security
• Manage delivery dependencies related to infrastructure, data readiness, approvals, and compliance
• Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans
• Maintain structured delivery reporting, documentation, and executive dashboards

Required Skills Experience:

• Core Requirements 12-15 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or large-scale enterprise solution delivery
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI fundamentals, including implementation and adoption considerations
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex stakeholder ecosystems Strong stakeholder management, communication, and expectation-setting skills
• Experience in capability presentations, demos, and executive reviews Solid grounding in delivery governance, planning, and execution frameworks
• Behavioral Leadership Traits High energy, self-driven, and execution-focused
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving AI programs Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes

Good to Have Experience:

• Exposure to AI platforms, agent frameworks, or automation-led transformation programs
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance requirements for AI deployments
