AI Data Customer Success Manager

Were looking for a Data Customer Success Manager to ensure CPGBuyerAI customers receive accurate, enriched, and actionable buyer data that supports their sales and growth goals.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on adding buyers, enriching records, validating databases, and clearly showing customers progress and results. You will regularly lead client calls across the USA, UK, and other international markets, using Zoom to onboard customers, run product demos, and walk clients through their data and progress inside CPGBuyerAI.

Buyer Data & Enrichment

• Add, enrich, and validate buyer and company data based on customer goals, markets, and channels
• Perform database quality checks, including accuracy, deduplication, role relevance, and data freshness
• Review and improve customer-provided data such as CRM exports and buyer lists
• Ensure buyers match the correct role, authority level, and opportunity fit
• Use AI prompting to improve buyer discovery and enrichment results

Customer Success & Client Engagement

• Lead Zoom calls with clients in the USA, UK, and international markets for onboarding, demos, data reviews, and strategy sessions
• Conduct live product demos and progress walkthroughs showing buyers added, data enriched, and opportunities identified
• Act as the primary point of contact for data quality, buyer accuracy, and enrichment-related questions

Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve data pipelines, enrichment logic, and overall data quality

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Data Operations, or data-focused SaaS roles
• Experience working with data enrichment, CRM databases, and buyer lists
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading Zoom demos and client calls
• Comfortable working with US and UK customers across time zones
• Experience using AI-powered or prompt-driven tools
