The Role

We need someone to remediate and elevate block-based coding lessons (Scratch, Code.org, MIT App Inventor) using AI-powered workflows. You'll leverage tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate content creationdrafting, refining, and fixing lessons that need quality improvement. We'll train you on curriculum development best practices as you bring underperforming content to 5-star quality.

What You'll Do

• Use AI tools to draft, refine, and enhance block-based coding lessons efficiently
• Review and edit AI-generated content for technical accuracy and pedagogical quality
• Test every code block, activity, and instruction for clarity and functionality
• Fix broken code, unclear instructions, and learning gaps
• Redesign lessons to be student-friendly and teacher-ready
• Elevate lesson ratings from underperforming (currently below standards) to 5-star quality
• Track progress systematically and document all improvements
• Collaborate with our 3-person curriculum team for review and quality assurance

Must Have:

• Solid foundation in block-based coding platforms (Scratch, Code.org, MIT App Inventor, Blockly)
• Adaptability to AI-assisted workflows - comfortable prompting, reviewing, and editing AI-generated content
• Strong attention to detailyou catch errors and inconsistencies
• Systematic approach to tracking and QA
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for K-12 learners
• Excellent written communication
• Willingness to learn curriculum development (training provided)
• Degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field ( completed)

Good to Have:

• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI tools
• Python, JavaScript, or text-based coding knowledge
• Teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development experience
• Portfolio of educational content work

• Stipend: 20,000-25,000/month
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (in-person only)
• Working days: Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm (fast-paced environment)
