Important (to be considered you need the following)

Mandatory Experience required: 2 - 4 years as Business Analyst at Big 4, or other corporate/tech company in a Regulatory department for Indirect Taxes, Trade or Technology.

Mandatory: Office-based: Minimum 4 days in the office in Hebbal, Bengaluru

Mandatory: Regular 6-days working weeks

Role Description

We are expanding our ProductTech team and this is a full-time on-site role for an AI Business Analyst, based in Bengaluru. The AI Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining and improving business processes, and deriving insights through data analysis. The candidate will act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that AI-driven solutions align with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, and facilitating effective communication to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights - especially regulatory GOV information that is rapidly changing
• Must grasp the benefits and pitfalls of using AI as it evolves - both in terms of performing this role as well our product roadmap.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, with expertise in analyzing and solving complex business challenges.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and presenting findings effectively
• Experience with Business Process and Business Requirements documentation - excellent profiencieny in Jira, Confluence and their workflows
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Experience in working with AI-driven projects and understanding of customs or trade-related processes is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or other STEM field
