Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Backend Engineer with exposure to AI/ML systems to build scalable backend services that power AI-driven products. This role focuses on backend engineering first, with AI as a key integration layer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services in Python
• Build and maintain APIs that integrate AI/ML models into products
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to productionize models
• Develop services for LLM, GenAI, and AI workflows
• Handle data ingestion, processing, and orchestration pipelines
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of backend systems
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development
• Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
• Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and background jobs
