Job description

We are looking for an experienced Developer- AI and Automation (5+ years) who is ready to build in the AI era.

Experience or familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Cursor, Replit, N8N, Claude Code, and have experimented with AI agents, agent teams, MCP servers, and advanced automation frameworks.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years as a developer/coder
• 3+ years of experience in Automation
• Strong ability to design and build clean, intuitive user interfaces
• Experience developing internal systems, dashboards, or automation tools
• Experience handling large web scraping projects
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
• Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of projects
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND NOT AS A TEAM

Role Overview

You will initially focus on building and improving our internal systems and automation tools. You will be expected to suggest improvements, implement AI-driven workflows, and build scalable solutions.

This role has the potential to grow into a leadership position overseeing broader development initiatives.

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Regular Shift)

Chennai Nungambakkam based. Hybrid only.
