About the Job

We are seeking an AI Automation Lead to evangelize and implement AI-driven automation across the organization. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot, GitHub AI workflows, and enterprise process automation platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, capable of translating complex business workflows into scalable AI and low-code/no-code automation solutions, and adept at bridging the business and our engineering teams to drive measurable efficiency, adoption, and operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), AI services, Copilot, and enterprise systems to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Apply a process-first, continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and ensure AI and automation solutions are scalable, measurable, and sustainable.
• Act as the central AI Automation Lead, driving adoption of AI and automation across projects and departments.
• Establish and govern AI and automation standards across the projects & organization, including workflow design, Power Platform usage guidelines, security, and compliance.
• Lead integration of Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate AI capabilities, and LLM-based solutions into development, delivery, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered and Power Platformbased workflows.
• Evaluate, implement, and scale AI, RPA, and low-code/no-code solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making.
• Build and maintain internal AI & Automation knowledge hubs, including Power Platform best practices, reusable components, and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demos to upskill teams on AI tools, Copilot, and Power Platform adoption.
• Partner with business leaders to identify use cases and create proofs of concept (PoCs) that scale into enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions.
• Ensure AI and Power Platform solutions meet organizational standards for security, quality, governance, and responsible AI usage.
• Monitor and measure automation and AI impact across business units and continuously optimize existing implementations.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders for all AI and automation initiatives.

Desired Skillsets

• 6 to 8 years of overall experience in IT Solutions engineering with strong agile & DevOps Delivery model exposure.
• A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and AI-powered development workflows.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, AI Builder), Power Apps (process-driven apps, form-based workflows)
• Solid experience in enterprise process automation, with the ability to translate business processes into Power Automate and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience building and integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems.
• Ability to design process-oriented, AI-enabled workflows across front-office and back-office functions.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, optimization, and automation best practices (RPA + AI + Low-Code).
• Working knowledge of API integrations, connectors, data pipelines, and AI model lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change-adoption skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zoho.
• Background in ML-Ops, vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks, security protocols, and responsible AI guidelines.
• Knowledge of analytics and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
• Ability to train non-technical teams and lead organization-wide AI and automation capability uplift.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's in with strong IT fundamentals
• Masters or certifications in IT applications Engineering & Solutions delivery
