AI Automation Engineer (N8N) - Pay per project basis

Zeno is an Australia-based AI automation agency. We build production AI workflows that eliminate repetitive admin for businesses: things like CRM workflows, document automation and backend integrations.

What This Role Involves

Youll work directly with the founder to:

join client calls and understand their workflows

translate business problems into automation logic

build and deploy systems using n8n / Make.com

connect APIs, webhooks, and tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Xero, etc.

troubleshoot and ship working automation systems fast

This is a hands-on builder role, not research or theory.

What Were Looking For

Someone who has already built real automation projects using n8n in the past.

You should be comfortable with:

APIs and webhooks

JSON data mapping

reading API documentation

debugging automation logic

Most importantly: you can take a messy business process and turn it into a working automation system.

Compensation

• Project-based pay during the trial phase
• Potential to move to full time role + bonuses within 8 weeks
