Job Title: AI and Automation Engineer
Role Overview
The AI and Automation Engineer plays a key role in infrastructure management, leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance system performance, security, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on automating infrastructure tasks, optimizing cloud and on-premises environments, and enabling AI-driven decision-making using PowerShell, Python, Azure AI, Power Automate, M365 Copilot, machine learning, and data analytics in a Windows environment. The engineer will design and implement automation frameworks, predictive analytics models, and AI-powered insights to drive digital transformation in infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Automate infrastructure management tasks, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and patching using PowerShell, Python, and Azure AI.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance predictive maintenance, capacity planning, and fault detection in IT infrastructure.
• Implement automated workflows for Windows, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments using Power Automate and M365 Copilot.
• Enhance infrastructure security and compliance by automating vulnerability detection, log analysis, and threat intelligence.
• Optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure by integrating AI-driven monitoring and performance analytics.
• Develop and maintain self-healing automation solutions to improve infrastructure resilience and reduce downtime.
• Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights for infrastructure performance, asset management, and incident response.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI-driven automation into infrastructure operations and streamline workflows.
• Research and implement emerging AI and automation technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of IT experience, with a focus on infrastructure automation and management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for scripting, automation, and AI integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Cognitive Services, OpenAI, and ML models.
• Deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML for predictive infrastructure analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate and M365 Copilot for workflow automation.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, or Prometheus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to enhance IT infrastructure operations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform, or Infrastructure Management.
• Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or Power Automate Desktop.
• Knowledge of big data platforms, AI ethics, and data governance.
