AI Automation Engineer

Hiring: AI Automation / Agentic AI Engineer | Noida (Onsite) | 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a skilled AI Automation / Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent AI-powered solutions that automate key business processes across recruiting, sales outreach, onboarding, and payroll operations.

This role will focus on building AI workflows and intelligent agents that integrate with our ATS (JobDiva) and other internal systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Location - Noida, India (Onsite)

Employment Type - 6-Month Contract

Shift timings - 6:30PM - 3:30AM

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for recruiting, outreach, onboarding, and payroll processes.
• Build AI agents and automation tools to support recruiters and sales teams.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems such as JobDiva, email platforms, and databases.
• Develop tools for candidate sourcing, resume screening, and personalized outreach.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Maintain and enhance AI systems using modern tools such as Claude and development environments like Cursor.

Required Skills

• Experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AI APIs, automation frameworks, and API integrations.
• Understanding of AI workflow automation and prompt engineering.
• Ability to build and deploy AI-enabled applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva.
• Familiarity with sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo.
