Wytlabs is a performance-focused digital marketing agency specialising in SaaS and ecommerce growth, operating with a US presence through Digimagnet INC. CollabX is a performance-first influencer marketing platform that connects brands with creators to deliver measurable, ROI-driven campaigns. SME GoWeb, based in Auckland, New Zealand, is a human-centric digital marketing agency serving small and medium enterprises across the region.

On the technology side, RankWatch is the group's flagship SaaS product an AI-powered SEO and digital marketing analytics platform with over 25,000 customers across 25 countries. HireNext, an AI-powered hiring and assessment platform, is currently in development and expected to launch under Web IQ Technologies.

Together, the group employs over 300 professionals across India, the US, New Zealand, and beyond.

Work Mode: Work from Home or Office (Gurgaon / Noida)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Fixed monthly compensation (discussed during the interview)

Eligibility: No ongoing academic enrollment (full-time commitment required)

We are looking for sharp, curious freshers who actively use AI as a real work tool not just for quick answers.

You will work across automation, content creation, design, and video editing using modern AI tools. We will provide structured training, but we expect candidates to already have basic hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools.

If you enjoy learning fast, building systems, and using AI to improve workflows, this role will be a great fit.

Depending on your interests, strengths, and learning curve, you may work on the following areas:

• AI-Powered Operations & Automation
• Use modern AI tools to streamline internal workflows, improve productivity, and automate repetitive processes across different teams.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation
• Create blogs, website content, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing emails using AI-assisted writing tools while maintaining quality and brand tone.
• AI-Based Design & Visual Content
• Produce graphics, visual assets, and marketing creatives using AI-powered design tools and platforms.
• Sales & Marketing Optimization
• Support the sales and marketing teams by leveraging AI tools to improve lead generation, outreach processes, campaign performance, and data insights.
• AI Video Editing & Media Production
• Assist in editing short-form and long-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Runway, Descript, and similar AI-enabled platforms.
• AI-Assisted Website Development
• Help build or update websites using AI-powered builders and modern no-code / low-code tools.
• AI Experimentation & Tool Integration
• Explore emerging AI tools, test their capabilities, and help integrate them into company workflows to improve efficiency and innovation.

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT or Claude beyond basic prompts
• Someone who has experimented with automations or AI workflows (even personal projects)
• Ability to use AI for content, design, and video creation
• Strong curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
• Willingness to learn fast and grow long-term with the company
• No ongoing full-time or part-time academic enrollment

We are not looking for someone who only asks ChatGPT simple questions.
