Position: AVP AI Engineer / Data Scientist

Role Overview:

The role involves leading AI and data science initiatives, with responsibility for designing and implementing scalable AI solutions. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and strong stakeholder management, as it is a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Define AI architecture and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to drive delivery excellence.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven outcomes.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and governance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance AI capabilities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science.
• Proven experience in AI solution architecture and end-to-end implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with prior client-facing exposure.
