Role Description

ControlZ is building the operating system of the renewed device economy in India. As we scale across D2C, retail, and distribution, were looking for someone to own one mission: automate everything that can be automated, and use AI everywhere it creates leverage.

This is a zero-to-one role. You wont be managing a legacy tech stack youll be building from scratch, embedding AI into every function of the busine

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in Process Automation and Automation technologies
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical systems
• Experience in designing and executing Test Cases to validate automation effectiveness
• Expertise in Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of system performance
• Excellent project management and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
• Background in AI or relevant technical disciplines.
