About the Role

We are looking for an AI Agent Product Manager who will own the complete lifecycle of designing, building, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade AI Agents for some of the largest consumer-facing organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems, crafting high-impact AI-driven solutions, and scaling them to millions of users.

You will work directly with VP and C-suite leaders , influence their AI roadmap, design intelligent workflows, write and refine prompt logic, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to bring cutting-edge AI capabilities to life.

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Enterprise AI Agent Deployments
  • Drive end-to-end deployment of Voice and Conversational AI Agents for major consumer enterprises.
  • Ensure AI agents evolve into mission-critical systems , powering millions of customer interactions.
2. Design & Optimize AI Agent Workflows
  • Map business processes to intelligent agent workflows.
  • Write, test, and refine prompt logic , tool-use patterns, and fail-safe mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable features capable of handling thousands of conversations daily.
3. Deep Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with enterprise clients from discovery to deployment.
  • Demonstrate solutions, diagnose issues, handle technical challenges, and tailor agents to real-world business workflows.
  • Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical and product requirements.
4. Strategic Partner to Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to VP/C-level executives.
  • Shape client AI roadmaps, align implementations with strategic priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes across revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
5. Own a Portfolio of Enterprise Deployments
  • Manage multiple AI agent deployments simultaneously.
  • Drive customer adoption, expansion, and long-term success through proactive stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Success, and Ops teams for smooth execution.
6. High-Velocity Feedback Into Product
  • Continuously gather insights from real-world usage.
  • Feed structured feedback into Product & Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions and accelerate adoption at scale.
Requirements
  • 25 years of experience in:
  • AI implementation,
  • Product Management,
  • Strategy/Management Consulting,
  • Solutions Engineering, or
  • Related roles in AI-native or tech-first companies.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow logic.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable interacting with executive leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments , shaping solutions collaboratively.
  • (Preferred) Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline .
