AI Agent Developer / Full Stack AI Engineer

Location: Mumbai (Western Suburbs preferred)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office (Borivali East)

Experience Level: 2-3 years commercial experience

Salary: Up to 12,00,000 INR per annum

About the Role:

SOZO is seeking an innovative AI Agent Developer to join our growing AI team. This is a unique role perfect for a skilled Full Stack Developer who has transitioned (or is actively transitioning) into Artificial Intelligence. You'll work directly with our UK-based leadership and local Mumbai technical team to build next-generation autonomous agents and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of our internal Agent Hub and custom AI agents for clients
• Build and maintain web applications using NextJS and ReactJS
• Connect AI models (LLMs) with external tools, databases, and APIs
• Build automated workflows using tools like n8n to eliminate manual processes
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and upskill in AI technologies
• Research and implement new AI automation strategies

Required Experience & Skills

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience
• Minimum 3 years solid traditional coding (Frontend/Backend)
• Recent practical experience or strong personal projects in AI/LLM integration

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS (essential)
• Python or Node.js for backend automation
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs
• Understanding of RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Function Calling
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen (big plus)
• Experience connecting LLMs to workflows using n8n or Zapier
