Agri-Finance Expert

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/relevant field

Experience Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial and budget management, with an understanding of government financial processes:
• Core Financial Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, budget management, budget tracking, and expense management . One year experience/ exposure to government budgeting and accounting system and process.
• Government Exposure: At least One year of experience or exposure to government budgeting and accounting systems and processes .

Scope of Work:

• The Agriculture Finance Expert will be responsible for managing all financial aspects, tracking expenditures, and coordinating with various stakeholders:
• Central Government Coordination: Serve as a key point person, coordinating with the Central Government regarding all state-level finance and expenditure matters.
• Budget and Expenditure Management: Be responsible for comprehensive expenditure tracking and overall budget management for the project/schemes.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the respective scheme and district officials for effective management of overall state finance and expenditure.
