Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture/ horticulture or allied sectors

Experience Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in agricultural infrastructure and consulting with government bodies:
• Consulting Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture consulting with state/central government clients on projects related to agriculture, food processing, veterinary, or animal husbandry infrastructure .
• Preferred Experience (Added Advantage): Experience having worked in carbon credit , alternate fuels , agriculture sustainability , or related areas will be highly preferable.

Scope of Work

• The Agriculture Infrastructure Expert will be responsible for assessing and strategically planning future agricultural infrastructure development in the state:
• Current Infrastructure Assessment : Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing agriculture, horticulture, food processing, and animal husbandry infrastructure within the state.
• Gap Analysis & Roadmap Development: Identify infrastructure gaps and develop a strategic roadmap/action plan for the prioritization of investment in infrastructure development.
• Project Pipeline & Funding: Identify and build a pipeline of viable infrastructure projects complete with proposed potential funding sources and financing structure.
