ROLE PROFILE |
The Opportunity As a Global Solution Architect, ALM & PLM, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation & maintenance of Application Lifecycle & Product Lifecycle Management solutions including integrations for speedier NPD processes and GTM strategies This role involves collaboration with different business functions understand their ALM/PLM requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient Product Life Cycle Management solutions The Global Solution Architect, ALM & PLM plays a critical role in ensuring that solutions designed and implemented align with business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for India and UK entities and further countries as per future business expansion plans. You are expected to ensure resilient, scalable design and implementation with high degree of accuracy along with 100% compliance to company, regulatory. Statutory and cyber security as relevant. |
PERSON PROFILE |
1. Define Vision, Strategy & implementation roadmap for implementation of efficient & scalable ALM/PLM solutions including integrations that are aligned with business timelines and goals. 2. Partner with different business functions, understand their challenges and provide expert guidance on implementation of ALM & PLM solutions 3. Define Use cases through individual and cross-functional workshops & facilitate solution discussions & decisions 4. Act as bridge between business and IT, understand their challenges and convert business reqts. into logical ALM/PLM systems and subsystems 5. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party applications. 6. Lead the design, implementation, maintenance and support of secure and scalable ALM/PLM solutions 7. Understand the PLM integration requirements with different enterprise systems i.e. ERP, MES, designs integration architecture and implement seamless solutions. 8. Understand the PLM integrations requirements with other functionalities used in NPD functions i.e. Product Design, Simulation & testing, design integration architectures and develop seamless solutions 9. Proactively analyse, identify and adopt appropriate risk mitigation strategies to avoid impact on project deliverables and timelines. 10. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones and budgets 11. Create and maintain comprehensive Functional, technical design documentations including user manuals for ALM & PLM capabilities developed 12. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration developers and team members. 13. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed 14. Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and stakeholders. |
