Deep knowledge of materials science for durable needles, bobbins, and fabric compatibility testing.
Skilled in automation integration, including computerized controls and sensor-based features from partners like Janome.
Strong product testing capabilities for zigzag, embroidery, and heavy-duty functions under BIS/ISO standards.
Proficiency in PPAP like failure mode analysis (FMEA) etc. and durability simulations for consumer-grade appliances.
Experience with market research to incorporate trends like smart sewing apps and eco-friendly designs.
End to end knowledge of new product development cycles, from concept sketches to pilot production.
Data analytics tools like Excel for performance optimization and defect reduction.
Leadership in cross-functional teams, coordinating with quality, manufacturing, and marketing.
Vendor management for sourcing components.
Strategic innovation for cost-reduction.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for 3D modelling and prototyping sewing mechanisms like rotary hooks and feed dogs will be added advantage.
