Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK:

Act as a strategic HR partner while managing end-to-end HR operations for the assigned function(s)/region, ensuring seamless execution of people, talent, productivity, and engagement strategies aligned with overall business objectives and organizational effectiveness.


HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:


Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, governance frameworks, and employee relations practices across the function/region.
  • Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness and engagement.


Performance & Talent Management

  • Drive a high-performance culture by partnering with managers to proactively address performance concerns and capability gaps.
  • Identify structural and productivity improvement opportunities to reduce redundancies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess critical talent gaps and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Lead succession planning and strategic talent infusion initiatives to strengthen leadership bench strength.


Learning & Development (L&D) and OD Governance

  • Drive focused L&D interventions aligned with business priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to measure program effectiveness, ROI, and business impact of development initiatives.


Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Design and implement engagement strategies across employee segments to enhance culture and retention.
  • Drive targeted interventions to strengthen employee experience and foster a positive work environment.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU:

  • Experience: 8 12 yrs of progressive HR experience
  • Qualification Background: MBA /PGDBM in HR
