Scope of Work
Revenue Growth:
Achieve sales goals by driving patient volume, value, and market share
Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and collection targets
Identify and develop new market opportunities
Plan BTL marketing strategies aligned with business plans
Channel Expansion:
Expand network by appointing B2C partners and establishing collection centers
Build B2B business with hospitals, labs, and clinics
Explore new revenue and brand-building opportunities with partners
Ensure timely recovery of dues and maintain standard outstanding days
Team Management
Set high delivery standards and expectations for the sales team
Oversee recruitment, training, orientation, and performance management
Track attrition and implement retention strategies
Demonstrate strong leadership to drive high performance
