AGM/ GM International Business Development

Role Description

This is an urgent full-time, on-site role for an AGM/ GM International Business Development located in Gurugram. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand the company's international market portfolio.

Daily tasks include, but not limited to:

1. Identifying new international business opportunities.
2. Conducting Market research, Competition analysis, Product-price benchmarking.
3. Managing and growing existing client portfolio.
4. Developing actionable business plans.
5. Achieving/ Exceeding the business targets which are allocated.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational work flow.

Requirements

1. 15-20 years of Experience in international business development and exports, preferably in Pharmaceuticals, Primary Packing, APIs.
2. Good industry connects across international geographies.
3. Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
4. Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
8. Well versed in collating data and generating MIS.
9. Willingness to travel internationally.
10. Strong understanding of Pharmaceuticals Primary Packaging Sales cycles and export related operations.
11. Willing to join in 15 days.
