Education: BE/B.Tech (Electrical) Mandatory

Experience: 15+ Years

We are looking for a seasoned Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the Facility Maintenance & Engineering Operations team for the Karnataka & Kerala region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engineering Operations & Maintenance across Karnataka & Kerala; support Hyderabad & Vijayawada.

Drive team management, performance monitoring, and mentoring.

Ensure adherence to processes across regions through IFMS & vendor platforms.

Track and achieve KPIs, objectives, and operational targets.

Ensure 100% statutory & operational compliance.

Lead energy & water optimization initiatives and new projects.

Drive CAPEX & OPEX projects effectively.

Implement best practices across engineering processes.

Collaborate with PAN India Engineering teams for technology upgrades & excellence.

Lead internal, external, and client audits.

Coordinate with landlords for business continuity and seamless operations.

Manage incident reviews, preventive actions, and documentation.

Oversee SOP creation, review, and publishing for PAN India.

Govern all critical & regular activities regionally.

Support new facility due diligence, design inputs & HOTO processes.

Extend support during BCP & emergency situations.

Ideal Candidate

15+ years in Engineering Operations / Facility Management

Experience in multi-location governance & compliance

Strong leadership & team-handling experience

BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory
