AGM / DGM – Legal Counsel & Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced AGM / DGM Legal Counsel & Business Development Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This role will be responsible for overseeing legal operations related to land acquisition and regulatory compliance while supporting business development initiatives associated with land transactions and project expansion.

The position requires strong expertise in development approvals, property registrations, land due diligence, and regulatory coordination, along with the ability to maintain effective relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead legal processes related to land acquisition, title verification, and due diligence for development projects
• Facilitate and streamline development approvals, zoning permissions, and statutory clearances with relevant authorities
• Ensure accurate documentation, stamping, and registration of land and project-related agreements
• Structure and negotiate land transactions, joint development agreements (JDAs), development agreements, and MoUs
• Support business development efforts by assisting in land sourcing, evaluating transaction structures, and enabling partnerships
• Maintain strong liaison with government departments, regulatory bodies, and landowners to facilitate approvals and registrations
• Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, development regulations, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage litigation or dispute matters where required

Experience & Qualifications:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university
• 1015 years of experience in legal roles within real estate, infrastructure, or development sectors
• Proven experience in land acquisition, regulatory approvals, registrations, and government liaison
• Exposure to land transactions and business development in real estate projects
