Profile Summary

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for architectural planning, land-related coordination, and statutory approvals for residential townships and plotted developments, primarily in Haryana. The position requires strong integration of architecture, land documentation, policy compliance, and government liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare, review, and submit layout plans, zoning plans, demarcation plans, and other statutory drawings to DTCP, Haryana.
• Lead architectural planning for residential plotted townships, SCO plots, and group housing projects.
• Handle license applications and CLU files in Haryana; must have applied for at least one license.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing Haryana urban development policies (Residential Plotted Township, NILP, Senior Living, Plotted SCO, etc.).
• Possess strong understanding of land records and documentation, including Khewat, Jamabandi, and Intekal (Mutation).
• Coordinate with land, legal, surveyors, and external consultants for title verification and development feasibility.
• Liaise with government authorities for scrutiny comments, revisions, and final approvals.
• Guide junior architects/draughtsmen and support management with technical inputs for land acquisition and development.

Education:

• B.Arch / M.Plan (Urban / Housing Planning).
• Preferred: SPA Delhi / CEPT Ahmedabad or equivalent reputed institutions.

Experience:

• 1015 years overall experience.
• Mandatory experience in plotted colony / township projects in Haryana.

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Strong command over layout planning, submission drawings, and statutory calculations.
• In-depth knowledge of Haryana licensing process and fee structures.
• Understanding of land ownership, documentation, and development norms.
• Ability to independently manage approvals and authority coordination.
