Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Agilist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies Agile PLM Agile and CX-Scrum Master. This role involves leading agile practices facilitating scrum ceremonies and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing team performance and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead agile practices and ensure adherence to agile principles within the team.Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.Provide guidance and support to team members on agile processes and best practices.Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.Ensure clear communication and transparency within the team and with stakeholders.Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teams progress.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Monitor and report on team performance metrics and project progress.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Ensure the team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques to enhance team productivity.Support the professional development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.Have hands-on experience with Agile PLM and Agile tools.Demonstrate expertise in facilitating scrum ceremonies and agile practices.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks.Display the ability to identify and resolve impediments effectively.Have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement within teams.Be skilled in monitoring and reporting on team performance metrics.Demonstrate the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.Show commitment to delivering high-quality products.Exhibit strong coaching and mentoring skills.Have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Possess relevant certifications in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices.
