JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior Systems Analyst, who will be responsible for all requirements gatherings, documentations and communication with our leaders.
- The incumbent will report to Assistant Manager of Product. Requires excellent Communication skills and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house business and technical requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for the definition of the functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system.
- Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects.
- Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Defines both the functional and non-functional requirements of a system and acts as a liaison between the business and IT and should be able to develop technical requirement documents.
- Analyze business needs though Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, meetings, documentation, and though verbal and written presentations.
- Develop use cases using UML; and should be able to perform BA/unit testing on the application/product.
- Partner with the business, architecture, and infrastructure teams to oversee all service levels; work with stakeholders to provide technical guidance on future system opportunities and enhancements.
- Develop requirements artefacts, system process flows and associated diagrams and ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements.
- Convert high-level enterprise strategies and blueprints into system-level deliverables.
- Utilize Rational toolsets towards requirements management.
- Create low fidelity wireframes to aid in conversations with business and to capture the outcome of the requirement sessions.
- Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and understand the operational impacts and opportunities for technology changes institution-wide.
- Identify process boundaries and develop opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- Conduct activity-based analysis of the system processes and to provide recommendations based on the findings.
QUALIFICATION
- B. Tech /B.E. /MCA
EXPERIENCE
- 4-7 years of experience of business system analyst role.
- Hands on technical experience in requirements elicitation process.
- Agile experience is must.
- Hands on experience on Jira, Jira Align
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 4-7 years of experience of business system analyst role.
- Hands on technical experience in requirements elicitation process.
- Strong working knowledge of requirements gathering, documenting, and managing change requests/requirements document using Elevance’ s standardized process.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Provider business.
- Hands on Experience with Watson/WatsonX and building / managing chatbots using it.
- Work on creating new SQL/MS-SQL DDL and DML scripts
- Comfortable analyzing Splunk logs and identifying potential issues / improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable with working on creating low to mid complexity SQL statements
- Provide worksheets/mapping documents to story for better understanding
- Hands on experience with SOAP UI, Web Services and Micro Services
- Preferred Certifications – SAFe Agile (Preferred), SAFe PO/PM, AHM 250
- Leading cross functional meetings for requirement gathering
- Provides input on enterprise-wide technology planning, decisions, and processes
- Develops strategies for business-critical solutions
- Leads the business design and implementation of new technology across the enterprise
- Focal point of contact with all stakeholders, Partnering with business executives on enterprise portfolio
- Partnering with business to help develop road maps.
